All the disciplines of yoga are intended to awaken a renewed sense of 
balance and harmony in the body, mind and soul.

experience the sense of delight in each asana, let the practice finally evolve from complexity to simplicity, then from simplicity towards serenity

If you are new to yoga or have not studied Iyengar yoga we ask that you start in a beginner's class to establish a good basic foundation for yoga understanding and development.

Beginner's classes are ongoing and we recommend that you attend classes on a regular basis for at least 6 months before moving on to a general class.
